Our aluminium bi-folding doors, however, are equipped with multi-point locks on the sashes and shoot-bolt locking for any floating mullions. Therefore, you can relax in total peace of mind that security levels in your home are nice and high. Aluminium: Our aluminium bifolds feature polyamide thermal breaks, reducing the amount of heat transfer exponentially. By preventing heat from transferring from the inside to the outside of your home, the interior of your property will stay comfortable. In the right configuration, our aluminium bi-folding doors can achieve U-values as low as 1.5 W/m2k.

uPVC: uPVC bi-folding doors utilise uPVC’s natural levels of insulation, allowing them to achieve U-values as low as 1.3 W/m2k. Either option is then fitted with energy efficient double or triple glazing, keeping your home nice and toasty. Also, because your home will lose less heat, you won't have to spend so much to heat it up!
