Devoted aftercare service

Take advantage of a complete aftercare service, which allows you to continue getting the best out of any windows, doors and conservatories long after the Poole Joinery team has finished installing them. As part of the service, our dedicated service engineer is able to come to your home to complete any necessary repairs. If still under warranty, these repairs will be completely free of charge too. Additionally, we can provide maintenance tips and other useful information. We enjoy maintaining a long-term relationship with our customers so you can always use this service with confidence.

During our 25 years of service to homeowners across Poole and Dorset, we’ve completed over 20,000 high-quality installations. Family-run since day one

Back in 1994, we were founded by Roy Smith, a former Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force. Since then, Poole Joinery has remained under Smith family ownership. The current owner, Gareth, took over in 2001. As we’ve always remained under family ownership, family values are embodied throughout our modus operandi.

This extends to the personal touch and loyalty we offer to every one of our customers. We also understand what it means when purchasing home-improvement solutions for your home.
